All parcels are shipped with either Post Haste or NZ Couriers.     On the odd occassion I will ship with NZ Post but my preferred option is to use a courier.    Please note that I'm 1/2 hour away from our courier's drop off depot and they don't pick up so I drop off once a week.  If I'm lucky the bloke will take in for me that this depends where he is working during the week.  Drop off days are Tuesday or Wednesday.

Shipping cost includes courier charge plus packaging.   I have two separate charges.
$10 for Urban Addresses
$15 for Rural 

This charge often doesn't cover what I am charged so I cover the rest.   All pottery is shipped in oversized boxes which allows me to package your items really well to avoid breakages.   All packaging used is compostable/recyclable.  Sometimes I will be given bubble wrap etc from friends that I will re-use.   If this is the case you will receive a note in your box to say the packaging is recycled, would love it if you can do the same if you can.


Australia
Sadly shipping to Australia is expensive.   I will only send orders with tracking and this is the cheapest option.

Whangarei Locals
You are welcome to pick up from my studio in Ruatangata.   Please select 'Pick Up' as your shipping option if you would like to do this and I will be in touch once your order is ready.
